"Great prices, but communication could use some work"
The prices for the Blu-ray DVDs were quite reasonable compared to other places. The scanner wasn’t the best, but having the manual option was a nice touch. Free shipping is always a win. However, their follow-up after shipping left a lot to be desired. There was no word at all once the package arrived. I only got a payment confirmation after I reached out about the order status. Other than that, the buying experience was smooth.

I got back 4 discs marked as scratched, but honestly, when I checked them out, they looked nearly flawless. They also sent back a series claiming it wasn't the real deal. I ordered it from Amazon, and it arrived well-packaged and in mint condition. I'm planning to sell these to another business.
